I've just been looking at some Rousseau videos and it made me wonder how many takes they had to make before they got a perfect one. Some of that stuff looks fiendishly difficult to play and you'd have to do concert-pianist-level amounts of practice to be able to get your playing that accurate and reliable for a recording to come out perfect first time, and perhaps Rousseau (whoever he/she/they is/are) is just that!
Anyway, for mere mortals who aren't blessed with the most accurate of playing I'm guessing that the only way around this issue is just to practise more so you can get things up to 100% accuracy. If you use video editing to make it easier I can't see a way of not having video jumps and hands that suddenly appear in a slightly different place all of a sudden.
Just thought I'd throw this topic out there and see if anyone has anything to say on it.
