No, in this video I used a Black Floor Cloth, a RGB Led Tape fixed at my writing desk combined with a table lamp behind the monitor, and then I turn off the light of the bedroom.
Then I use Sony Vegas, putting the Effect: "Brightness and Contrast" in the Hand's Video decreasing the brightness a little bit and increasing the contrast almost nothing.
And when exporting as MP4 in Sony Vegas the video gets a little bit darkier at the final render.
I recorded by my phone it's a Motorola G7 Plus using the front camera :)

how can you get black at the bottom of the footage? Did you use Adobe After Effect?
