Hi, when I try to make the brightness on the notes 1 they look good when you are not rendering but when you Render it is white. I am trying to make it look bright cause its a hard song . I really y dont know how to fix this issue i have tried on multible devices and still the same problem s(even on windows) Thank you.
So when the video render finish, what is the color?
White.like solid white.
Please upload the rendered video file here!
Hello, Official SeeMusic support here!
- Please upload the rendered video file, so that I can see the difference between the visualization in the app, and after you render.
Will do
I can‘t upload the full video because it is larger than 50mb.
Can you compress it, or upload it to YouTube?
I would recommend:
Take screenshots of your current settings in the Note Texture Settings windows
Click the Reset button in Note Texture Settings (screenshot attached)
3. Re-enter your values into Note Texture Settings using your screenshots.
4. If it still renders white after that, also try re-importing your Note Texture file.
Could you please also upload the file you are using as your Note Texture to this post, so that I can test that on my computer?
Thank you!
I am using the original note texture on my iphone and i also have the same problem on windows. I think it is a problem with the glow settings cause When I Put The Glow to max It looks good in non rendering modes but when I render it has a pinch of red but mostly white because of the color I have chosen.
I will continue to see if there could be something wrong in the SeeMusic app - however, I think the issue is arising from the way that the settings are being pushed to the limit.
With the amount of glow you're adding, you actually can't even see the Note Texture, so I would strongly recommend disabling the Texture and using the Color and Glow Settings to achieve the effect you want. This should solve the issue.
So for this video, I would recommend disabling the Texture in Visual Settings.
Then, use Color and Glow Settings to get the bright color you want. Could you please try that approach and let me know if it works?
Thank you!
When I put disable the note texture then get a bright color it looks fine in non-rendering but when I render it looks like it disables glow and only shows the color. Even when I put it in GPU mode
Can you try increasing the Glow based on what you see in rendering? There does seem to be some discrepancy in the way the Glow effect renders in the app, and in the final render. For the moment, the best solution would be to increase it until you're getting the amount you want in the final render.
Ok thanks and Please tell me when this issue is fixed.
