    Desktop Computer configuration (video card, processor, ram memory)

    in Technical Support

    Do I need to buy a desktop computer with what video card, processor and ram memory settings to get particles piano notes that fall without lag? I can´t do it with my asus k45a notebook (video card integrated, intel core i5, 8gb ram). All videos I render see me many lags at the particles...

    Can I ask one more question? If I use SeeMusic program effects, will I need a computer with a better setup to render the videos? If so, which setting do you recommend me?

    @marco mazzolini I'm sorry - I don't have a recommended configuration I can tell you for Windows. I use a MacBook Pro 2021.

    Ok.. no problem, but... I think a video card like that NVdia GForce GTX... RTX etc... gave me I best quality? One intel i5 ou i7 core processor??

    This is really strange.

    I'll do some testing tomorrow and see if I can replicate the issue.

    Thanks for sending the files.

    1. Can you try using the Basic render framework in Render Settings (right before you render the video window)?

    It's really important that you not do any conversion or compression on the file.

    Is there any way you can render out only the first 20 seconds from the app and send that?

    Thank you

    I need you to send me the actual video file - not a Youtube link.

    Thank you

    Can you please send or upload the actual video render file (or even just part of it), rather than a YouTube link? It would also be helpful to see the particles in the video. Thank you
