After receiving the error inside application, could you please attach the Log file to this post as a .zip, so that I can try to figure out what's going wrong on your computer? The Log file is located at:
C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Visual Music Design\SeeMusic\Player.log
(This folder might be hidden - you might need to Show Hidden Files in the View options in Windows Explorer)
