The Log file is located at:
C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Visual Music Design\SeeMusic\Player.log
(This folder might be hidden - you might need to Show Hidden Files in the View options in Windows Explorer)
You can also email the log file to firstname.lastname@example.org - please also provide a link to this post if possible, so that I know which user sent the log.
Thank you for sending the Log file on email - unfortunately I don't have a quick fix for this.
The video rendering involves a 3rd party plugin, and the crash is happening from that plugin. I will try to send the error message to that developer to see if they can provide a fix.

The problem is resolved. The reason was because MY USERNAME did not contain English letters.
Thanks very much for letting us know the reason! I will try to provide this officially as a solution somewhere in the app.
Could you also please share the non-English characters username that was causing the app to crash?
