Hey, I wanted to reach out because my 6 month subscription I had previously expired and it said I had to renew it, in which I went to do. So, I logged into my account and for some reason it just gave me another 6 months without me doing anything that expires in April of 2021, but I don’t see any charges on my account. This was close to a week ago and I was waiting to see if it was a problem with my bank or something, but it really just didn’t go through to my knowledge. Please help if possible, I really want to make sure I get charged for the 6 months because it feels wrong not to say anything if it really didn’t go through. much thanks and so sorry I didn’t say sooner, I thought my bank was being a pain.
EDIT: I forgot to mention the device and stuff. I currently use it on IOS and my windows PC, both updated to the latest version.

Also, this probably isn’t the place to put this, but I just wanted to tell you that this app has practically changed my life and has allowed me to express myself on piano in ways that weren’t really there when I was a kid.. I’ve been a piano composer since I was 6 and it will be my 19th birthday in may. I’ve seen a lot of your comments on the forums and you’re probably one of the nicest developers I’ve personally seen. So, thank you for everything you do and for a beautifully designed application. I sadly go through a lot of bullying in my life, which is sometimes hard for me to admit, but this app has definitely been something I feel very happy to use and it means so much to me in times where I want to play music in my room. Sorry for this long text, I just feel really grateful and I really wanted you to know that. <3

I also truly appreciate you letting me know about this issue with the payment - it's helped me discover a few really important changes that needed to be made, one of which will help me get an issue fixed for Apple App Review that was blocking app updates. I know that you had said that you wanted to pay for your subscription, but I really insist on giving you a free subscription for this. When you log into the app next with that account, I think you should see it will be a while before you need to consider renewing :)

@visualmusicdesign I just logged onto the forum today and that literally made me cry... I really don‘t know what to say other than thank you from my heart, honestly. I’m so happy I was able to help you find those issues and I‘m really grateful that you’re able to fix the updates. I’ve always loved this app so much, even the previous app of yours that I used before you made the new one. I’ll always support you and your work and this literally meant the world to me.
