I have been using seemusic for few months. Today i notice that the animated key does not fall on the key that i am pressing. This problem occured in all of the files and also carried to newer version of software.

The note probably is falling in the right place - it's just too skinny for that White Key note - I'm assuming you're pressing the white key note below?
If you increase the Note Width, it will line up with the overall left and right boundaries of the entire white key note.
