    in Technical Support

While I'm playing through my midi keyboard connected to phone through seemusic app, notes are getting struck.

Can you please help me find the solution.

    Thank you.

    Thanks for the reply.

It should get fixed in the update - Version 4.8.4 now.

Apple has been extremely annoying about reviewing iOS releases this week. I hope that they finally approve the update today.

    Sorry for the wait

I believe I finally isolated the problem and it should be fixed in Version 4.8.2.

It's getting reviewed by Apple now and should be available by tomorrow.

Wow - it looks like somehow that setting did change back. I have no idea how that happened. I'll upload a fix and keep a close eye on it to see if the framework is automatically changing something.

@visualmusicdesign oh well i am guessing this was not intended, so no problem anyway it does not appear as often as before.

    thanks for the upcoming update

    Hello,

Unfortunately the issue came back in version 4.9.3 if i am not mistaken. I got it yesterday and had to edit my whole file. Thanks

Only new recordings - no way to fix old recordings except manual editing.

Thank you for the quick fix ! Will this fix existing pieces or only new ones ?

I'm sorry, I don't fully understand the explanation of the stuck notes. Maybe it would be easier if you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing in the editor alongside the explanation?

    Thank you

Can you please confirm exactly when you have this issue when using the app?

    1. Is the issue visible when playing the keyboard live in the app, without recording?

    2. Or is the issue only visible in the MIDI file after recording?

    3. How long / how many notes do you have to play before you get a stuck note?

    Thank you -

    1. Essentially you are connecting your iPad / iPhone to the keyboard with a USB cable, with an adapter, correct?

    2. What are the exact models of iPad and iPhone you are using? Year / Generation would be helpful, to understand how old they are.

hello i am having the same issue in 4.8, attaching a screenshot :

of course the edition works but when you have to spend 2h to edit all notes on a 5min+ piece it’s really painful :/

    thanks for your understanding

So far I've been unable to replicate this issue, so if you can provide me with precise answers to these questions I might be more likely to be able to replicate and fix it.

    1. What platform and device is this on?

    2. What keyboard are you using?

    3. How is your keyboard connected to SeeMusic and what device or cable are you using to connect it?
