Hello, I've been using SeeMusic for a couple of days already and this morning, when I opened it as usual, it just crashed and there wasn't the file called SeeMusic anymore. Am I the only one who's having this issue?
To see this working, head to your live site.
I'm truly not sure what could be happening. My best guess is that you might have anti-virus software running that is removing the .exe file for no reason. If you have any anti-virus software running, try deactivating and see if that works.
Longer term, I am finally about to get an EV code signing certificate for the app that will mean that it will no longer trigger Windows Defender warnings. I'm not sure if that could help with this issue, but the signed version of the app will hopefully be available in the next 1-2 weeks.
In the meantime, if you want me to cancel and refund the subscription, just let me know the email you used for your account.
Thank you! It was te anti-virus that kept deleting the .exe file as it recognized it as a Virus...
I’ve never heard of something like this occurring.
What platform are you on? What device and operating system are you using?
Did you try reinstallling?
Am using a PC operating Windows 10 and yes, I've also tried reinstalling it and what happens is that it kind of crashes and then there's only the folder without the startup file. Even bought the Pro version just the same day...
