I can see that some other users seem to be experiencing this same issue - if the instructions I provided don't make sense, I'll try to work with another user to get to the core of the issue. Thanks for your assistance!
I can also see in the Log File that the app is inside a folder that has a name with spaces in it. Could you also try moving the SeeMusic app folder to your desktop before running?
can you show me a screenshot of where this is at and where i can put it SeeMusic/SeeMusic_Data/StreamingAssets/sample note texture/Note Texture Preset 1.mp4
if you have a discord server or discord username I can friend request you on discord and can give you the player log file :)
I do not have Discord - please email the Log File to visualmusicdesign@gmail.com , thank you!
I have sent it
I don't believe I received the log file - can you try resending to visualmusicdesign@gmail.com?
What email address will you be sending it from?
- Also, has SeeMusic ever opened on this computer?
sorry I resent it
Thank you for sending the Log File!
Here's one thing to try - could you try moving this file from the app folder to the desktop?
SeeMusic/SeeMusic_Data/StreamingAssets/sample note texture/Note Texture Preset 1.mp4
When you move that file to the desktop, does the app open?
Also please try moving all of the files in "sample saber video" to the desktop as well.
can you send me screenshots

Could you tell me one thing - does this build open fine on your computer? https://www.dropbox.com/s/1mma8925utiy607/SeeMusic%20Windows%202.1.zip?dl=1
let me check
Sorry - I just realized you had been using Version 2.1.2. The version I just sent wouldn't be different.
Can you actually try downloading the newest version, Version 2.1.3? It actually does use a slightly different framework than 2.1.2.

Just move these four video files to your desktop. They are located right inside the main SeeMusic app folder.
alright, I'll try
alright I moved them
Any luck? Could you send the new log file after trying to open?
Also, you are now trying to open the SeeMusic app with the folder on the desktop, right?
yeah
I'll send you the new log file
Were you able to send it? I'm not seeing it in my inbox for some reason
