Could you please make sure you are using the most recent version from the website? (Version 2.1.3)
Can you please email the Log File to email@example.com?
The Log file is located at:
C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Visual Music Design\SeeMusic\Player.log
(This folder might be hidden - you might need to Show Hidden Files in the View options in Windows Explorer)
This should now be fixed in Version 2.2.
