Are you using Windows? If so, what version are you using?
Version 3.7.1 for Windows is available to download from visualmusicdesign.com and may fix this issue.
Windows 10. I tried with the new version. Still, not working
1. Does the Sample video file load?
In the Piece Files window (click the button at the very top left) - select "Sample Files", then select the piece called "Transcendental Etude no. 12 "Chasse-Neige"
2. Please send the Log file:
C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Visual Music Design\SeeMusic\Player.log
(This folder might be hidden - you might need to Show Hidden Files in the View options in Windows Explorer)

I sent it. Transcendental Etude works
Ok - in that case, the issue is likely with the specific video file.
- After you import the video file and assign it to a piece, click Video Settings in the Media Settings window. Try moving the video up using the Position Up Down control - there's a chance it may just be low on the screen if there is black at the top.
- If that doesn't work, please send a download link to the video file, so that I can test importing it over here.
