I paid for a 6-month subscription via Paypal. After payment was successful the app notified me that my account was upgraded, but a few seconds later it then notified me that my subscription had run out. It now says that I need to pay for the upgrade again when I try to render a video. I've been to my Paypal account and the payment shows on there. Would appreciate a fix for this.

Hello, will most certainly fix this - not sure what could possibly have gone wrong. Could you please email your receipt and app account username to email@example.com? Thank you
