    Video Not Showing

    Hi! I just started using SeeMusic for the first time today. Everything is working perfectly except for my video. I use Windows 10 with a digital piano plugged into an Audiobox USB via Midi and a USB webcam that sits above the piano. Sometimes the video shows up perfectly in SeeMusic then it will either show the other webcam or show nothing at all. When the camera view was working, I aligned it with SeeMusic. The final picture is proof that my webcam actually works on its own (I use it to teach Zoom lessons and it has no issues there). I have some screen shots to give a visual of what's going on. Any feedback would be awesome, thank you!

    Hi - this would be very difficult for me to debug without your specific equipment on hand. An issue here would likely have more to do with which combination of inputs are actively plugged in, more than an issue in the actual app.


    That being said, here are the things to try

    - Turn the Camera View off and on in the app

    - Make sure you've reselected the correct input in the Input Settings window


    If you really think you're seeing buggy behaviour from the app, the easiest way for me to understand exactly what's going on would be to record a video screen capture of the difference between when it's working and when it's not, showing the Input Settings window each time.


    I can't guarantee I can help with this, as this likely has more to do with the way your computer is detecting your webcam than anything else.
