Have you checked your Spam and Junk email folders?
If you click "Confirm Email to Upgrade", you will then see a "Resend Confirmation Email" button that will resend the email.
yeah, i did it too, i tried with another email but is the same problem, i tried send the confirmation email in android app but is the same problem :(
What is your user account name in SeeMusic? I can manually confirm the account on the server.
